Cold Evenings but Worthwhile Stay

The live music during dinner created a wonderful ambiance. The dining room was a bit chilly at night. Be sure to arrive early for breakfast. It's delicious and sets you up for the day!

The hotel, a beautiful boutique in an old colonial building, impressed with its fine decor and vibrant artwork throughout the premises. Breakfast offered a varied Ecuadorian menu, a good start to each morning. My Beautiful Room had luxurious linens and a comfy bed, made sleep easy. The room lacked windows. Noise from the street was noticeable, especially during busy hours. While I enjoyed the artistic atmosphere, it would have been better with soundproofed rooms for a more serene experience. Service was great. Staff were helpful in assisting with requests. I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail, though pricing at the restaurant felt a bit high given the lack of nearby options.

The artwork around the place is great, and the breakfast was a real treat, especially the fresh orange juice and cheese scones. Alexander at the front desk was super helpful

The hotel was perfect for our large family! We loved the easy access to nearby attractions like Condor Park, where the kids had a blast seeing the animals. Satellite programming kept everyone entertained during our downtime.

The beautifully renovated historic building exudes an artistic atmosphere, improved with the captivating works of art throughout the premises. The staff provided really good service, particularly Sisa and Bernese, who were both friendly and fluent in English. The city view from my Beautiful Room made my mornings special.

We had an amazing one-night stay, enjoying the comfy bed and the great atmosphere. There’s a lovely sun terrace perfect for relaxation, and we loved the cozy TV room during downtime. the exclusivity of the private facilities surpassed our expectations. the Sun terrace was beyond amazing, with stunning views that we enjoyed while sipping cocktails from the Bar/Lounge area. the room advantages were exclusive and provided us with utmost comfort.

The only minor issue we experienced was the limited variety of food options offered at the Snack bar. Although the packed lunches were satisfactory, the Special diet menus could have been more varied.
